YESTERDAY, YOU SAID TODAY.

If the above phrase were to be a scenario, it would be a familiar one to a lot of us out there, especially the youths, I want to stab the youths with a knife of thoughts and action with this piece, but if you are also an active actor in the scene, feel free to re-act your script.

Most times, we tend to be the architect of our own misfortune or fortune, take it or leave it, you decide whatever you become. To decide to get something done, it involves some certain degree of early action or start-up; let’s call it the first step. In whatever is going to be done in this life, the first step matters a lot. If the first step is not taken, nothing happens, am sure you know that much.

In fulfilling your dreams, you would have plans, yes that’s fine, it is great to have plans in order to give you focus and direction. The master-plan is drawn, everything is set to take-off, then you leave those plans as they are, expecting them to act out themselves? A worrisome trends I noticed from a lot of folks I talk to on regular basis is; everybody has one plan or the other and believe me when I tell you they are awesome plans, but majority of those plans don’t see the light of the day  why? The dreamers keep shifting the birth-date of those visions.

At times, I see fear and uncertainty  as the reason of the phrase ‘I would do it tomorrow’ , hellooo!!! That tomorrow is now, you start creating that future now, if you continue like this, by the time tomorrow hits you, it would be an unpleasant surprise. For every corporation, blue-chip companies, for everything you see that’s standing today and offering something to mankind, a fearless, bold, promise filled first step made it happen.

Need I say much again? Wherever that dream is, bring it out, God sees the motive of every heart, belive in what you have, stick with it through the first step stages and when that tomorrow comes, you would be surprised at the achievement that’s staring at you.

Remember , you ought to have started with that vision yesterday, but you said today, today you are saying tomorrow, I assure you when that tomorrow comes and you have done nothing, all that you would have left to do, is to drown in your own folly. For you that intend to start now, there is room at the top….SEE YOU THERE!
